Dear Marguerite and the Creative Cuisine Staff,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for everything that you did on Sunday evening to make Brian and Kristen's engagement party special, fun, memorable and elegant.
Kristen was clearly glowing all evening and she and I could not have been more delighted by the presentation, the quality of the food, the impeccable service and the professionalism that you and your staff provided throughout the evening. It was truly a yeoman's effort to transform my home into a venue that could comfortably hold the number of attendees that we had for this special occasion.
Throughout the night, your staff made sure that everyone's needs and wants were met and exceeded. People continued to tell me how professional and cordial all of your staff were throughout the evening. We recognize the challenges that the number of guests provided, especially given the size of our home. However, you and your staff made sure that everyone had a fabulous time.
The sushi bar and the espresso / cappucino bar were a huge success. Thank you for recommending both of these. The tent provided the additional space and comfort that allowed all of our guests to truly enjoy the evening. Again, thank you for encouraging us to incorporate all of these things.
I cannot thank you enough for all of your recommendations as we planned for this party. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to anyone who is contemplating using you and your company for an event. It would be my pleasure to share our wonderful experience with them.

CREATIVE CUISINE catered a private VIP Holiday Sales Event tonight for luxury sports car maker ASTON MARTIN. Guests tasted CC’s Signature Tray Passed Appetizers, while deciding just which exciting new European model to surprise their love one [or them self] with this season. Colossal Red Holiday Ribbon Adornment included we suspect. All of which begs the question, Dear Santa, I’ve been real good this year. Would you . . . ?

CREATIVE CUISINE WOWS UM AGAIN!
Creative Cuisine catered a gala event last night for LOUIS VUITTON. Invited guests sipped flutes of Champagne and savored CC’s hand made Mini Desserts, while holiday shopping at the upscale South Coast Plaza boutique.
The evening's cavalcade of tray passed sweets included; Cranberry Apple Tartlets, Dark Chocolate Grenache, Pecan Caramel, Crème Brûlée, Tiramisu, oh yes, and special, very delicate Parisian Macaroons. One guest was heard to say,"This is the best Chocolate Grenache I have ever tasted".
The Paris firm, well known for their ultra fine luxury goods, is soon opening a VIP personal shopper sales room tucked away on the mall’s exclusive 3rd floor.
