CREATIVE CUISINE Caters Fund Raising LEGACY GALA for Orange Public Library

Orange County Caterers Creative Cuisine just catered another successful fundraiser for the  Orange Public Library and Local History Center.The spectacular TommyBahama  themed event was held at major benefactors, Mike and Brenda Carver's sprawling Cowan Heights estate.

The catering was orchestrated by Priscilla Selman, an ardent and long time supporter of the library. Priscilla serves as the prestigious foundation's Secretary and Special Events Chair.The evnt netted over $124,000 that will be used to assist Orange Public Libraries, a resounding success.

The 230 festive  partygoers enjoyed casual social networking with cocktails while sampling an assortment of
five scrumptious CC's tray passed appetizers before being seated for the colorful Firecracker Spinach Salad course shown here. The Entree included: Coconut Lime Shrimp, Bahama Beef Skewers, Rice Pilaf w/ Lemon Grass, Basil and Fresh Mint, and decorative Asparagus Bundles, hand tied with ribbon strips of Leeks.

Creative Cuisine also catered the library's Grand Opening fundraiser for 300 VIPs and city officials in March, 2007.
