Creative Cuisine catered a gala event last night for LOUIS VUITTON. Invited guests sipped flutes of Champagne and savored CC’s hand made Mini Desserts, while holiday shopping at the upscale South Coast Plaza boutique.
The evening's cavalcade of tray passed sweets included; Cranberry Apple Tartlets, Dark Chocolate Grenache, Pecan Caramel, Crème Brûlée, Tiramisu, oh yes, and special, very delicate Parisian Macaroons. One guest was heard to say,"This is the best Chocolate Grenache I have ever tasted".
The Paris firm, well known for their ultra fine luxury goods, is soon opening a VIP personal shopper sales room tucked away on the mall’s exclusive 3rd floor.
